The previous Peoples Democratic Celebration, PDP, Home of Representatives candidate for Ishielu/ Ezza North federal constituency, Obinna Nwachukwu has defected to the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, in Ebonyi State.
Nwachukwu, additionally defected alongside his 2,000 loyalists.
