The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has won four of Six Local Government Areas results announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission on Sunday.
This is according to the results announced so far under the supervision of the Returning Officer, Prof. Faruk Adamu Kuta who is the Vice-Chancellor, of the Federal University of Technology, Minna.
The results showed that PDP’s Asue Ighodalo has won Esan with 14,199 votes, Ovia North East (15,311 votes), Uhunmwonde (9,339 votes) and Igueben (5907 votes) local government areas.
Meanwhile, the All Progressives Congress’s Senator, Monday Okpebholo won Esan West and Owan West local government areas with 12,952 and 12,277 votes.
