The Independent National Electoral Commission says election will not hold in 240 polling units across the country.
INEC Chairman, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu stated this at a meeting with leaders of political parties in Abuja on Monday.

According to him, nobody chose to vote in these polling units.
Yakubu also expressed worry over the rising attacks on party supporters.
This is coming in less than 12 days before the general election.
