Well-known Nigerian journalist, Rufai Oseni, has dared the Senate to permit Senator Abdul Ningi speak freely about his allegations over the 2024 Appropriation Act.
The assertion adopted the continuing deliberation on the ground of the Senate over the allegation by Ningi that the 2024 price range was padded.
The senator had earlier alleged that N3.7 trillion was padded into the 2024 price range.
Ningi is the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Inhabitants and represents PDP, Bauchi Central.
Oseni in a put up on his X deal with on Tuesday particularly stated: “I dare the senate to permit Ningi speak for 10mins nonstop.”
