Detention: Miyetti Allah leader drags FG to court

The detained chief of Miyetti Allah Kautal Hore, Bello Bodejo, has filed a movement earlier than a Federal Excessive Courtroom in Abuja looking for his unconditional launch from the custody of the Defence Intelligence Company.

Mohammed Sheriff, Counsel to Bodejo, had knowledgeable the courtroom that the movement was filed to implement his elementary proper after a number of efforts have been made to launch him pending his arraignment.

In response to her, after three letters to the NIA, the complexity of their investigation has made it troublesome to ship the duplicate copies to allow them to proceed with the prosecution.

reporter recollects that Bodejo was arrested on January 23 at Miyetti Allah’s workplace in Karu Native Authorities Space of Nasarawa State following the revealing of a vigilante group by the Fulani socio-cultural group.
