Ojezua stated his originating summons was introduced in accordance with sections 84(13) B(1) and (ii) of the Electoral Act, 2022 (as amended), the Unbiased Nationwide Electoral Fee’s laws and tips for the conduct of political events’ primaries, and likewise Article 50(3) of the Structure of the Peoples Democratic Get together (as amended in 2017).
