EPL: Man Utd will not finish in top four – Wayne Rooney

Former Manchester United striker, Wayne Rooney, has stated the workforce is not going to end within the Premier League prime 4 this season.

Rooney was talking on TNT Sports activities, after the Purple Devils beat Everton 2-0 at Previous Trafford on Sunday.

The win means United stay in sixth place, with Aston Villa and Tottenham occupying fourth and fifth positions respectively.

Rooney believes Villa and Spurs have the benefit within the race for Champions League locations.

He stated: “I don’t suppose Manchester United will make the highest 4, as a result of they must nearly win each sport.

“I feel they’re a workforce which can be very inconsistent and I can’t see them successful each sport, so I feel it’s going to be very troublesome.

“As we speak I feel it was 20-odd probabilities towards them, however there have been no clear-cut probabilities for Everton. Nevertheless it’s too many. There’s too many gaps, it’s too straightforward for groups to get alternatives towards them.”
