The Kano State Hearth Service saved six lives and property valued at N107 million from 74 hearth incidents it recorded in February 2024.
The Public Relations Officer of the company, Alhaji Saminu Abdullahi, made this disclosure in an interview with newsmen on Friday in Kano.
In line with him, 4 individuals misplaced their lives, whereas property valued at N64 million had been destroyed by hearth throughout the interval.
“The service responded to seven rescue calls and 10 false alarms from residents of the state,” he stated.
He, subsequently, suggested most of the people to deal with hearth with care.
