Barcelona supervisor Xavi Hernandez has revealed why Antoine Griezmann left the membership to rejoin Atletico Madrid.
In line with the Spaniard, Barcelona’s monetary struggles had been the principle cause behind Griezmann’s departure.
Xavi spoke forward of Barcelona’s La Liga conflict with Atletico Madrid on Sunday.
“We determined to let Antoine Griezmann go away simply due to the monetary state of affairs; the membership needed to let him go.
“Griezmann is a participant that I like rather a lot, however he left for that cause,” Xavi instructed the media on Saturday, through Fabrizio Romano.
Griezmann joined Barcelona in the summertime of 2019 and stayed with the Catalan membership via 2021.
