The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) summoned Air Peace on Friday due to frequent flight delays and cancellations.
To minimize the problem, the DGCA, Capt. Chris Najomo, directed Air Peace to quickly improve its domestic operations and trim operations to the amount of available aircraft in its fleet.
The accusation was given by the DGCA during a meeting in Abuja with members of the airline’s executive staff.
While conceding that the airline faces some issues, which are not uncommon in the sector, they stated that they are working around the clock to resolve them.

Najomo stated that the NCAA will continue to support airlines, but stressed that operators must follow rules and worldwide best practices.
He warned that the NCAA was stepping up its monitoring of flight operations across all airlines to ensure compliance.
