A minimum of 5 individuals suspected of vandalising railway tracks and sleepers arrested by the navy at Sarkin Pawa, Munya Native Authorities Space of Niger State, are in custody of the police.
The state Commissioner of Police, CP, Shawulu Ebenezer Danmamman, who disclosed this whereas parading the suspects in Minna, mentioned they have been intercepted by the navy with a truckload of the vandalized gadgets.
The CP mentioned, “The suspects have been intercepted and arrested by the navy parts at Sarkin Pawa with a RAF truck automobile with registration quantity KTN 246 YZ alongside Katima Bridge, Sarkin Pawa, absolutely loaded with railway tracks and sleepers suspected to have been vandalised from the railway web site.”
The suspects embrace Adekunle Saheed, 44 years outdated, from Oyo State; Saifullahi Umar, 36 years outdated, from Katsina State; Awal Mansir, 25 years outdated, from Katsina State; Kabiru Lawal, 36 years outdated, additionally from Katsina State; and Aminu, 19 years outdated, from Katsina State.
