NSCDC arrests 11 suspected criminals, alleged drug supplier in Kano

The Nigeria Safety and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Kano State Command, has arrested 11 suspects over alleged felony offences within the state.

The Corps’ Public Relations Officer within the state, SC Ibrahim Idris-Abdullahi, stated this whereas parading the suspects on Wednesday in Kano.
He stated the 11 suspects had been arrested on Feb. 27, at Yanbarka and Limawa Village in Kumbotso Native Authorities Space of the State.

“The suspects had been arrested for allegedly terrorising the neighborhood of Yanbarka and Limawa Village throughout a marriage ceremony.
“Within the course of, the suspects attacked the household of one among neighborhood leaders, injuring and breaking the leg and hand of his son.
“The suspects had been arrested with harmful weapons similar to cutlasses, knives, sharp iron rod and lengthy picket plank (Gora) amongst others,” he stated.
