Peter Obi appeals Bola Tinubu’s victory to Supreme Court

Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s presidential candidate, has appealed President Bola Tinubu’s victory to the Supreme Court.

Through a group of attorneys led by Dr. Livy Uzoukwu, SAN, Obi is pleading with the Supreme Court to overturn Tinubu’s victory in the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT) decision on September 6.

On Tuesday, September 19, 2023, the LP and Obi filed a 73-page notice of appeal against the tribunal’s ruling.
