The Plateau State Government has said that it is partnering with the government of Japan to establish a hybrid fusion fuel plant in the state.

The Commissioner for Science, Technology and Innovation, Prof Goselle Nanjul, who disclosed this yesterday during a briefing, explained that the plant, when established, would supply safe, clean and sufficient power in the state, noting that such development would go a long way in boosting economic activities in the state.

He said, “The plant can convert energy released from fusion reactions into electricity to power our homes, businesses and other needs in the state.”
