Popular relationship therapist, Blessing Okoro, better known as Blessing CEO, was arrested in the early hours of Thursday, by operatives of the Nigeria Police Force Criminal Investigation Department (FCID).
The social media influencer was reportedly picked up from the Alagbon area of Lagos State.
In a viral video, Blessing CEO was seen being escorted into a police vehicle and taken into custody for undisclosed reasons.
However, there are speculations that the arrest may be related to the controversial case involving popular car dealer, IVD and his late wife, Bimbo.
Recall that Blessing CEO attracted backlash when she openly declared her love for the auto dealer after he was accused of physically abusing his wife, which allegedly led to Bimbo’s death.
In light of the allegations, the Lagos State Government charged IVD with the murder of his wife.
Blessing CEO was arrested when she was escorting IVD to his court hearing, according to Instagram blogger, Cutie Julls.
