Popular security analyst, Ona Ekhomu, dies at 66
POPULAR private security expert, Ona Ekhomu, has died at the age of 66.
Ekhomu died last night after a brief illness.
Born in March 1955, Ekhomu was the chairman, Transworld Security Systems and a founding member of the American Society for Industry Security (ASIS) International in Nigeria.
Ekhomu was the sub-editor of Bendel Newspapers Corporation, Benin City, Nigeria, 1974-1975; programme planner, Iowa Department Transportation, Ames, 1978-1979; president, Pittsburgh Trading Company, 1986, Trans-World Consultant, Inc., Pittsburgh, since 1978, Trans-World Security Company, Pittsburgh, since 1984.
He held several leadership positions in the private security sector both in Nigeria and Africa.
