On Thursday morning, there was a big demonstration at the National Assembly gate in Abuja.
Protesters gathered as early as 8 a.m. to show their support for Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike.

Remember that a similar protest took place at the same location on Wednesday, with a group calling for the FCT Minister’s immediate resignation.
The demonstrators, known as the Nigerian Patriotic Forum, brandished signs depicting Wike as a detribalized Nigerian.
They urged the National Assembly to disregard calls for the former Rivers State Governor’s resignation.
