Regional Manager for Sub-Saharan Africa at QNET, Biram Fall, declares that his organisation would not put up with con artists interfering with its business dealings.
Additionally, he stressed the importance to his company of upholding the highest ethical standards in the direct selling industry and having a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent actions.
On Saturday, he addressed at a press conference in Lagos, where he also revealed that QNET’s goods in Nigeria have received certification from the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration (NAFDAC).
In order to import, export, produce, advertise, distribute, sell, and use the product in Nigeria, the company, according to him, made sure that it met the necessary standards.
He continued, “We reassure everyone that we are actively addressing any concerns or false information that may have emerged and that we are committed to continuing open communication with the media and all stakeholders to provide accurate information about QNET and its activities.
“We expect the highest ethical standards of our workers and distributors, and have instituted strict regulations and processes to safeguard customers from illegal and fraudulent behaviour.
“We encourage anyone who has been impacted by these claimed instances to come forward and report them to the appropriate authorities, as well as to QNET.”
