The Nigerian opened the scoring for the hosts just 14 minutes into the game at Stadio Diego Armando Maradona, tucking home a rebound.
Osimhen set up Khvicha Kvaratskhelia for Napoli’s 25 minutes later.
Argentine World Cup winner, Ángel Di María reduced the deficit by one goal for Juve in the 42nd minute.
Defender Amir Rrahmani restored Napoli’s 2-goal lead with a 55th-minute stunner.
Osimhen completed his brace ten minutes later after he was set up by Kvaratskhelia.
Substitute Elif Elmas wrapped up the scoring for Napoli in the 72nd minute.
With the victory, Napoli are now ten points clear on the Serie A table. Osimhen is also the division’s top scorer with a dozen goals.
