Super Eagles defender, Kenneth Omeru, has revealed that Argentine prodigy, Lionel Messi is the toughest striker he has played against.
He disclosed this during a recent chat with Pooja Media.
He said, “The toughest striker I have faced is [Lionel] Messi.”
The Leganés captain said he would have been a banker if he wasn’t footballer.
Omeru said apart from central-back, he can also play in defensive midfield and right-back positions.
The 29-year-old said Peter Etebo is his favourite Super Eagles teammate.
