In an open letter to President Bola Tinubu, APC Taraba South stakeholders request that he take the region into consideration when making ministerial and other important federal appointments.
The stakeholders claimed in the letter, which was signed by the Chairman of the Taraba APC Youth Forum, Jamiu Bawa, on Tuesday, that Southern Taraba deserved such consideration because it had devoted a great deal of effort to the APC’s victory in the state.
According to the statement, the Southern Taraba APC produced the greatest number of elected officials.
Southern Taraba has evolved into an APC stronghold, producing both of the two House of Representatives members as well as a senator.
“The only APC senator in Taraba was produced from the southern zone, and it is imperative to state here that, in the recently concluded presidential elections, the southern zone of Taraba performed optimally for the party with 81, 568 votes in the zone and 135, 165 votes garnered in the state for the presidential elections.”
The group, which congratulated Tinubu on his electoral victory, prayed to God for wisdom to help him steer the affairs of the nation. They also expressed hope that the Almighty would give him all the resources and good health he needs to lead Nigeria into greatness.

This letter couldn’t have been sent at a better time because, as congratulations pour in, we know you are already thinking of names to consider for a cabinet that will be formed as soon as the 10th assembly is inaugurated.
The letter stated that it couldn’t wait for another time because it was being written by a committed progressive and determined democrat who valued hard work.
