#EndBadGovernance protesters yesterday blocked the Bwari -Dutse, Dei-Dei, and Dawaki roads leading to the city centre.

Some protesters later marched to the Eagle Square, in defiance of the court order.

The protesters chanting “Bamuayi”, among others, blocked access roads but were later dispersed by armed military men.

The unknown groups without leaders said they could no longer bear the hardship in the land, so they called on the president to take action.

The protesters reportedly stabbed a policeman to death at Tafa, Kaduna Road and hindered vehicular movement along Zuba-Dei-Dei Road.

It was gathered that one protester was later killed at Dakwa when military men came to disperse protesters.

It was also gathered that the Defence Headquarters directed military personnel to wear woodland camouflage and a battle dress for work starting Tuesday.

The instruction reads, “Military signal on dress regulation. I’m directed to inform you that with effect date, all Armed Forces of Nigeria personnel are to revert to Woodland Camouflage as working dress until further notice. All are to comply accordingly, please.”

Our correspondent observed an increased movement of soldiers trying to disperse the protesters, who overwhelmed personnel of the Nigeria Police Force.
