Imagine carrying out a e-transaction and wasting time on that very one transaction just because network error. Or when you go to use the ATM to carry out an e-transaction and find yourself pacing back and forth because the network was hanging and you cannot leave your card in there. Then suddenly after almost 20 minutes, your card is rejected because your bank network is down.
The worst is after the error issue, you’re debited and have to visit your bank to start explaining yourself because you made a double payment unaware that the previous payment had gone through because of the error. If this country intends to run a cashless economy, then they have to step up on seamless e-transaction to facilitate things.
