Breaking: Abuja Youths Stage Protest Demanding VeryDarkMan’s Release

Some youngsters on Monday, flocked to the streets of Abuja, Nigeria’s capital city, to protest the arrest and detention of a social media celebrity and popular human rights campaigner, Martins Vincent Otse, commonly known as Verydarkman (VDM).
Armed with a variety of signs, the young people called on the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to release VeryDarkMan right now.

The demonstrators reportedly characterized VDM’s arrest and imprisonment as unlawful and were spotted in the Wuse neighborhood, immediately following the Berger bridge.

Additionally, they promised to bring their protest to the Nigerian Human Rights Commission (NHRC) in the capital city’s Maitama sector.
