Buhari returns after Saudi Arabia summit

PRESIDENT Buhari last night returned to Abuja from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, after attending the 5th Edition of Future Investment Initiative Summit with the theme “Investing in Humanity”.

The President was received at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport by Chief of Staff, Prof. Ibrahim Gambari, and the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Malam Muhammad Musa Bello, the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Usman Alkali Baba, and the Director-General of the Department of State Service (DSS), Yusuf Magaji Bichi.

President Buhari and his delegation performed the rituals of Umrah (Lesser Hajj) in Makkah after the summit he attended on the invitation of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, using the opportunity to pray for the nation’s success against the challenges facing it, particularly the issues of insecurity, unity and general well-being of its people.
