Twitter owner, Elon Musk, has appointed a dog as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the microblogging platform.
The Business tycoon made the announcement via his Twitter page this Wednesday amidst calls for him to step down as the CEO.
Sharing a picture of the dog clad in a black shirt with ‘CEO’ boldly written on it, Musk wrote, “The new CEO of Twitter is amazing”.
He also shared more qualities of the dog saying “He’s great with numbers!”, “And has 🔥🔥 style”.
The dog now joins Musk and his son, X on the Twitter Board of Directors.
The world’s richest man bought Twitter on October 27, 2022, and fired several top executives, including previous CEO Parag Agrawal.
