In the event that the Senate confirms her appointment, President Bola Tinubu has given the go-ahead for Mrs. Delu Bulus Yakubu to serve as the first National Coordinator/Chief Executive Officer of the National Social Investment Programmes Agency (NSIPA).
This was revealed in a statement on Thursday by Ajuri Ngelale, the president’s special adviser on media and publicity.
As part of his commitment to implementing his administration’s Renewed Hope agenda, Tinubu gave the new appointee the responsibility of ensuring the highest level of effectiveness, openness, and service delivery at NSIPA.
On May 22, 2023, the National Social Investment Programmes Agency (Establishment) Act, 2023, was ratified.
Yakubu has more than 15 years of professional experience managing social investment programs and holds a master’s degree in agronomy from the State University of Bio-Technology in Kharkiv, Ukraine.
