The Allied People’s Movement (APM) has dropped its Supreme Court challenge to President Bola Tinubu’s election.
The APM’s appeal was principally based on the claim that Tinubu ran for president without a legal running mate.
The party also claimed that Tinubu’s election was unlawful due to the withdrawal of Tinubu’s initial running mate, Ibrahim Kabir Masari, and the expiration of the deadline for replacing or withdrawing candidates.
