Disc jockey, Faith Steven, aka DJ Electra, recently opened a charity shop with the theme, Just Inspire, at the Ikota Shopping Complex, Lekki, Lagos State.
While speaking at the event, Electra stated that there was no fee attached to any of the items available in the shop.
She said, “The DJ Electra Charity Organisation shop is a no-price charity shop. All items are from voluntary donations, where individuals can contribute items or make cash donations.”
Speaking on how the shop will be run, she said, “Everyone coming in today to pick up any item wouldn’t be allowed to do so again till next month (April). Collection of items is only once a month per person.”
Items available at the shop include branded clothing items, such as T-shirts, sweatshirts, face caps, and joggers; as well as bags, mugs, key rings, and others.
