Entrepreneur and socialite Obinna Oyiegbu, often known as Obi Cubana, of Nigeria, has responded to the assertion that his adopted first son, Chidi, is his next of kin.
After claiming to be the billionaire’s next of kin in a video she posted on TikTok, Chidi sparked a sensation.
With the comment, “Nothing do my shoulder, I just realize say I be next of kin,” he posted the video.
Obi Cubana appeared to be responding when he posted a picture of himself and his biological kid Alex on Instagram with the following caption: “Ancient and modern, eyes on the ball. @dtwalx aka next of kin.”
“Use my headphones right now,” Alex commented in the comments section. Obi Cubana responded, “Correct boy, original next-of-kin.”
In his tweet, Obi Cubana sparked controversy, with many criticizing him for failing to resolve the matter within.
Not essential, according to one X user @Abazwhyllzz. Rather of coming to post sha, he ought to have instructed the man to remove the content from TikTok and then resolved the issue internally.

“Being poor, I keep my mouth shut.”
“I do not believe he considered the long-term repercussions,” a second user, @Soyecatherings, said. This was not the most effective approach to handle things, sha. To even consider being the next of kin today, however, implies that Obi must be deceased or elderly enough to be incapable of managing affairs.
Third user @Gladys_Onyetem wrote: “A kid who was just doing a harmless film, una don reason lots of things put, na wah for una ooo.
I assumed that was his brother’s child, even though Una mentioned an adoptive child.
An evil family’s negativity is projected upon this innocent film by a don.
