Kebbi govt inaugurates LG directors, urges grassroots engagement

Kebbi State Governor, Nasir Idris, has sworn in 21 native authorities directors, charging them to prioritize nearer engagement with their constituents.

The brand new directors have been inaugurated on the Presidential Lodge in Birnin Kebbi on Tuesday, following the dissolution of the elected chairmen of the 21 native authorities areas (LGAs) and their secretaries final month as a result of expiration of their tenure.
