Melody Fidel Receives ‘Africa Inspiring Impact Maker’ Award In Kigali

Nigerian international entrepreneur and business-missionary, Melody Fidel, has been awarded ‘Africa Inspiring Impact Maker’ in Kigali, Rwanda.

The award was the culmination of a four-day highly successful 100 Most Notable Africans Leadership and Business Summit where Melody addressed the gathering on Partnership and Collaboration in Governance and Business, Shaping the Africa Investment Opportunities.

According to organisers of the event, Melody deserves the recognition for his contribution to influencing and mentoring youth across the continent to embrace entrepreneurship, businesses and self-actualisation.

“I am elated that the organisers deemed me deserving of this award which places more responsibility on my shoulders to continue to advocate for African youth who make up significant percentage of the continent’s population to excel,” Melody stated.

He continued that, “We have to do everything in our capacity as Africans to encourage and support our youth to be resourceful, resilient and selfless, hence my call on governments and the established private sector to increase their collaboration with small and medium-scale businesses across the continent in order to create more job opportunities.”

Other recipients of the awards in different sectors include, Zamfara Sate governor, Dauda Lawal; Samira Buhari, Founder, Daurama Foundation; Senator Aplonia Munzverengwi from Zimbabwe and Michael Bartlett, CEO Vanderpuye Group, Ghana, amongst many others.

Melody Fidel is the founder of Stability and Sustenance Business Summit who in the past decade has coached over 100,000 youths physically and virtually on skills acquisition and monetization, disbursed business grants to over 1,000 youth and in late 2023 got recognized for his youth mentorship with The Future Awards Africa Prize for Service to Young People.
