Tinubu back in Nigeria after trip abroad
FORMER Lagos State Governor, Bola Tinubu, has returned to the country following a trip overseas.
Tinubu was sighted yesterday in viral photos arriving at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos with his aides.
His spokesman Tunde Rahman confirmed the former Lagos governor “came back into the country today after a trip overseas”.
While Rahman was quiet on the country visited and purpose of the trip, reports say he travelled to France for medical care.
Tinubu’s absence was noticed last Thursday when President Muhammadu Buhari visited Lagos to commission some projects.
Many All Progressives Congress’ stalwarts including Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila; Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu; minister of transportation, Rotimi Amaechi; minister of works and housing, Babatunde Fashola, among others, were present at the occasion.
