A Federal Excessive Courtroom sitting in Osogbo has adjourned the arraignment of Oyeyemi Ajagungbade Olalekan, popularly referred to as Emir, till March 13, 2024.
The swimsuit was adjourned on Tuesday as Emir was arraigned in courtroom.
reporter reported in September 2023 that Emir was arrested by operatives of the Anti-Kidnapping Unit of the Osun State Police Command and his case transferred to the Power Headquarters, Abuja.
The Command had declared him wished on July 2, 2022, for alleged homicide, cultism, and armed theft.
Emir is going through prices of homicide, kidnapping, and armed theft earlier than the Federal Excessive Courtroom.
Governor Ademola Adeleke had appointed him a member of the Transport Disciplinary Committee of the state on January 9, 2023.
Additionally, Emir had earlier been arraigned earlier than the courtroom on February 1, 2024, when he was remanded on the Ile-Ife Custodial Facility.
However on the resumed sitting, the prosecution counsel, R. E. Usman, informed the courtroom he introduced an amended cost and a movement.
The defence counsel, Edmond Biriomoni, nevertheless, appealed for a while.
