The army has vowed to crackdown on herdsmen violating the Benue State Open Grazing Prohibition and Ranch Institution Regulation.

The Power Commander of the army spike operation, codenamed Operation Whirl Stroke (OPWS), Main Common Sunday Igbinomwanhia, mentioned this whereas briefing newsmen on Wednesday in Makurdi concerning the State Safety Council assembly.
