Nollywood actor Damilola Ogunsi has reacted after a viewer erroneously faulted the ‘Anikulapo: Rise of the Spectre’ director for casting “a white” as angel within the sequence.
The viewer with the X deal with Ohjay1 whereas sharing a clip from a scene from the sequence the place the protagonist, Saro (performed by Kunle Remi) met an angel (performed by Damilola Ogunsi) on the gates of heaven, wrote: “This factor has to cease, why use white as angel inside black film #Anikulapo.”
Reacting, the albino actor stated it feels good for him to not be recognised.
He, nevertheless, stated he’s “blacker” than anybody within the scene.
Reposting the viewer’s tweet, Ogunsi wrote: “Feels good to not be acknowledged.
I’m certain I’m ‘blacker’ than anybody in that scene.”
