Maj. Gen. Waidi Shuaibu, Theatre Commander of the Joint Activity Pressure, North East Operation Hadin Kai, has mentioned terrorists working within the North East have been degraded.
Shuaibu mentioned terrorists are avoiding confrontation with forces within the subject.
He spoke through the opening of an Improvised Explosive Gadget, IEDs, consciousness and detection coaching for the Civilian Joint Activity Pressure in Maiduguri, Borno State.
“In view of this, the necessity for them to resort to IEDs can’t be over-emphasised.
