The governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Francis Orohwedor Oborevwori, would take the state and the Niger Delta Region to new heights, according to security expert High Chief Idowu Asonja.

This was stated by Asonja in a congratulations letter to the governor that was provided to Vanguard in Akure, the seat of the Ondo state.

The Delta State government under Sheriff Francis Oborevwori as governor would exhibit “unprecedented good governance,” according to the Ondo State Coordinator of Tantita Security Services Nig. Ltd.

Because he would take Delta State and the Niger Delta Region to new heights, he noted, “Delta State is blessed to have Rt. Hon. Sheriff Francis Orohwedor Oborevwori as the new governor.

What an amazing blessing it is to have you as the governor of Delta State. You are a man of many talents, and you have made legendary contributions to the growth of Delta State and the Niger Delta Region as a whole.

The competent and capable Rt. Hon. Sheriff Francis Orohwedor Oborevwori can guide Delta State to the promised land.

I pray that God will continue to give him the strength and health he needs to steer Delta State, the Niger Delta region, and Nigeria as a whole in the right directions.

He also praised his friend Mr. Fred Oborevwori, calling him a stabilising force and a strong pillar of support for his father and Niger Delta Youths in general, for his outstanding support of the Governor at all times.

He also expressed his gratitude to Omo’ba Oyetakin Ezekiel Olorunwa, Special Assistant on Community Relations to the outgoing Governor of Delta State (first Ilaje man to be appointed in Delta State), for his tireless efforts in securing the greatest possible victory for the new Governor.

Asonja prayed for Omo’ba Oyetakin to receive a divine reward as God moved the governor to reward him for the best work he had done for his ward and local government area.
